Dude, I'm totally the same way about stuff. I don't like to look at anything with a bunch of small holes or circles and I can't touch anything like velvet or microfiber or COTTON BALLS, oh god, cotton balls KILL ME.

Yes. Being crazy sucks. Feel sorry for your daughter.

yet again you have amused me greatly! One of the great privliges of motherhood is the intimate knowledge we gain about another human being. I thrive on the idiosyncrocies of others and I love the fact that you are just going with the flow on tis one.
Thanks for another great post.

So clearly the follow up post will be an Origins tale of whence 'the crazy' came from (appearantly the Origin stories are all the rage right now!)?!?

I too would say that I'm a texturephobe of sorts, especially when it comes to food. To this day I will not knowingly eat mushrooms, because they feel like worms in my mouth...yuk! I would also like to pass a completely synical thanks on to your daughter for ruining one of the finest appetizers ever...thaaeeeeiiiinx!

BTW, the whole cymbal wall-o-rock thing is pretty creepy. For anyone who has ever spent any time up front at a rousing rock concert will know that those things can totally come flying off during a wicket drum solo, and are occasionally thrown about wildly if the band is feeling especially spirited (or happens to be the Who or Nirvana...neither of whom are still touring, but still in no way negates this very real threat)! Totally valid on the cymbal-wall phobia I say!
