shannon,

Unfortunately I couldn't see the pix, because my company is run by Nazis who live to suck the joy out of my life and blocked the site...

As to your regiment of activities of which we shall not speak. Allow me to share some words of encouragement.

Many a year ago...9; I joined the Marine Corps. At the time I was fat and happy...okay just fat. I litterally couldn't even do one push-up (even of the girly variety; for those at home having trouble keeping up with the heavy terminology: a girly push up is when one rests on ones knees, as opposed to the regulation push up with fully extended legs). But they started me on what I can only imagine is a similar plan...and it works!

However, if you are looking for fun and enjoyment, you will find none of it here. The pay off is pain and mysery...oh yeah, and you'll be able to do a few more push ups. You might also gain shoulders and lower back that make you look like a hungarian lumber jack.

So, I guess what I'm saying is: good luck with all of that.

Oh, and BTW, now that I'm out of the Corps, I haven't done a single 'activity of which we do not speak', and most likely couldn't if I tried.

good times.

Hey, this sounds good. I would love to say that I will join you, but that would be delusional. Perhaps I will join in later on. Can you at least remind us of your pain, I mean your awesome results so that we can get motivated too?
