We had similar issues moving to New Zealand and back again - the vaccination schedule was different, so were some of the actual vaccines. Fortunately it sorted itself out. That being said, I have just realised (with 2 weeks left in the school year!) that I never provided any immunisation certificates at kinder. Oops! I hope everything falls into place for you quickly.
