We spent all night (starting at about 8:30pm) on New Year’s Eve cleaning up vomit, measuring out Gravol, changing sheets, doing laundry and comforting a sick little girl. We did NOT spend the night doing any of the fun things we had planned. Happy f*cking New Year. Boo.
I am comforting myself with the hope that next New Year’s will be more fun. It wouldn’t take much.
In honour of the new year I am posting links to a few of my favourite posts from 2007. Most of you will have read them already but I like to think that you love me so much you’ll gladly read them again because you tolerate love me so much! I’ll try to keep the list short because there’s not much to choose from I know that I always look at people’s long lists of great posts of the past year, roll my eyes, and shut off the computer.
This is what I miss about the prairiesÂ

I enjoyed going through your favorite posts, it was nice to read (or re-read) the ones that made your top-15.
However, there was one post that shocked and saddened me. After reading “I believe”, I am not sure that our friendship can continue.
“Ferris Buehler’s Day Off†Did NOT suck!!!!
LOL!
